If an error is discovered after publication, FactRelay Media promptly issues a correction or clarification.
 Corrections are labeled clearly at the end of the article or in our “Corrections” archive.

Sources and Attribution

FactRelay Media prioritizes on-the-record sources.

Anonymous sources are used only when:

  • Information is of strong public interest.
  • The source could face harm or retaliation.
  • The information can be independently verified.


All direct quotations, data, and media must be attributed to credible sources (official reports, recognized news agencies, or verified experts).

Editorial Standards

  • We do not publish rumors, fabricated quotes, or manipulated media.
  • Headlines accurately reflect story content — we do not use clickbait.
  • Visual content (photos, graphics, video) must be authentic and ethically obtained.
  • AI-generated or enhanced content will always be disclosed clearly.
  • Sponsored content is labeled as “Sponsored” or “Partnered”.

Opinion and Commentary

Opinion pieces and editorials represent the views of the authors, not of the organization.
These are labeled clearly as “Opinion” or “Editorial” and are held to the same standards of accuracy and fairness.
